Welcome to the Law Firm of Wesley Wornom

We're Here To Help You!At the law firm of Wesley Wornom, Attorney at Law, we focus exclusively on family law, and bankruptcy. We have extensive experience representing federal employees and military members (and spouses) in divorce cases. From our office in Northern Virginia, (Stafford), we serve Stafford, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Woodbridge, and Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Prince William, Caroline and King George Counties. We practice in the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court.

We represent consumers in personal bankruptcies, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. After the Federal Consumer Bankruptcy Act of 2005, it became more difficult to file bankruptcy. Depending upon the facts, and type of outstanding debt, many higher income families may also qualify for Chapter 7. Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is also available to most families. We are a federally designated debt relief agency. We help people file bankruptcy in Northern Virginia under the bankruptcy code.

We represent our clients in all aspects of family law and marriage dissolution, including issues of child custody and child support, visitation, relocation, spousal maintenance, debt allocation, valuation, and property division. We offer sound and knowledgeable legal advice with regard to the complexities of the military retirement system and military benefits, the Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS), the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), TSP, and 401k concerns.

Because our law office is small and personal, we provide services that are customized to your individual circumstances and to meet your family’s needs. One attorney, Wesley D.
